• Opening and closing home for regular maintenance (Housekeeping, pest control etc.) Making sure the home is closed up properly and alarm reset

• Follow up with and direction to home services (landscaping, housekeeping, pest control, pool  & hot tub service, chimney sweep, etc) 

• Follow up and direction to home projects and remodels

• Visual inspection of property

• Run appliances (Dishwasher, disposal, washer & dryer)

• Check temp in wine refrigerator

• Pick up mail and packages and forward as applicable. 

• Pick up wine shipments and put in storage

• Watering indoor and /or outdoor plants

• Check all doors and windows are locked and shades are drawn

• Set temp as requested for heater / AC

• Take trash cans out to the curb or back in as needed

• Reset timers/ drip systems as necessary (after power outages, daylight savings time) 

• Check all out buildings inside and out.

• Reset alarm and security system upon leaving

• Check property after large storms or severe weather

• Prep home and outdoor areas for arrival, covers off furniture, pillows out, bbq ready, propane filled etc

• Maintain vehicles on property – run regularly to keep operational, bring in for regular maintenance as scheduled

• Changing Heat & AC filters

• Changing water filters

• Add salt to water softening systems

• Test smoke alarms and change batteries as needed

• Test all remotes and change batteries as needed

• Check for water leaks, clogged drains, stains on walls or ceilings

• Check on water heater

• Check all lights inside and outside of the home. Replace bulbs as needed. 

• Check all water features, clean and running properly (Pools, ponds, hot tubs, fountains)

• Walk property line and check for anything unusual. Check fences and gates

• Check security gates are working properly

• Check landscaping for pest problems and irrigation issues.  Follow up on seasonal landscaping needs. (Arrange for tree trimming, cutting high grass, any outside property needs outside of the normal landscaping contract) 

• Visual check for rodents and pests

• Work with well companies and water filtration companies
